Yesterday i went to the RiNgs second birthday party ( rheumatiod in Norfolk group Norwich ) ( inderpentent )

We had Phoff Scott speaking and Alishia from NRAS (pfoff Scott helps NRAS )

He was saying that though out your life if you have had a high diet of red meat and lacked Vit c you are very prone to R.A .
( think it was a new study )

vit c well i recon ihave pleanty and still got it .

just the way you are ...i recon my poor grandmother gave it too me as she had it ....ha ha she did not want it ..he he
she died the year i was born .It would be interresting to meet her as for what people has said i wonder if she had more then R.A like me ???
but in the 50s and livin in middle of no where and no phone no transport in a thached cottage i guess no one would had known .

She has been gone 57 years
